Artisan Home & Design will make every effort to ship your order promptly. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. 9. Returns and Refunds

Generally, we accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Customized or bespoke items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.
